Sweepstakes will be held from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 7, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. ET on August 3, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to legal residents of the following participating designated market areas: Austin, TX; Bakersfield, CA; Beaumont, TX; Ft Myers, FL; Gainesville, FL; Houston, TX, Laredo, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; San Antonio, TX; Santa Barbara, CA; San Diego, CA; Tampa, FL; Victoria, TX ;Waco, TX; West Palm Beach, FL; Yuma, AZ who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, officers and directors of National Cable Communications (the "Sponsor"), Turner Network Chili’s/Brinker International Payroll Company, LP and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, TV production partners, local ad sales systems, participating local advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouses, and siblings, children and parents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter or win.  Void outside the designated markets listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. TO ENTER:  During the Sweepstakes Period, enter at www.chilisoffice.com by completing the online entry form with all required information and submitting as instructed. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 3, 2008 to be eligible.  Limit one (1) entry per person per email address and per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person, email address or household in excess of the stated limit will be void. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address. The “authorized account holder” is the person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrants may be required to show proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction of being the authorized account holder.

3. RANDOM DRAWING:  On or about August 11, 2008 a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received to award the prizes (as described below).  Potential winners will be notified by telephone, postal mail, email and/or express mail, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance.  Inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, the return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, the failure to return required documents within the time period specified or noncompliance with these Official Rules, will result in the prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. GENERAL:  By participating, entrants agree [a] to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this sweepstakes; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Turner Networks, Chili’s/Brinker International Payroll Company, LP and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating local ad sales systems, participating local advertisers, advertising agencies and promotional suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy; and, if a winner, [c] to the use of his/her name, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, address (city and state only) and/or photograph on a worldwide basis in perpetuity and in all media, now or hereafter devised, without additional compensation, permission or notification (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.  Promotion Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for [a] electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, damage to entrants’ systems due to entry in the sweepstakes, server malfunction or by any human error or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials; [b] interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected or delayed satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, computer transmissions or technical failure; [c] lost, late, stolen, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, damaged, delayed, undelivered or incomplete entries; or [d] any condition that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or suspend the sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes.  If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prizes via a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to termination. All entry information becomes property of Sponsor.  Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Entry must be made by the entrant only at the authorized website address.  Entries may not be made on behalf of any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites.  Any individual who enters by any of the methods described above will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited and all associated entries will be void.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its discretion.  No substitution, transfer or cash redemption is permitted by winners.

5. ENTRY INFORMATION:  Please note that by entering this sweepstakes and by checking the “opt-in” boxes (as applicable), you are signifying your consent to receiving promotional and other mailings from Sponsor, NCC and their promotional partners, with whom they may choose to share your information.

6. PRIZES:

GRAND PRIZE (1): A 40” Flat-Panel HDTV.

FIRST PRIZE (1): An office party at Chili’s for up to five people (on a date to be determined by Sponsor). First Prize package includes: ground transportation to and from the office; Gift bags for winner and those attending the party containing TBS The Office premiums (exact premiums to be determined by Sponsor) and Chili’s gift cards.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize Package is $1,750.00. The ARV of the Local Prize Package is $500.00.   If a potential winner is unable to accept any prize as described herein, Sponsor hereby reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify him/her and randomly select an alternate winner. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Chili’s/Brinker International Payroll Company, LP. First Prize winner and attendees at office party must comply with all venue and party rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide the office party, no substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any other costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winners, including any costs of installation for the Grand Prize. Total ARV of all prizes is $2,250.00. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winners’ List: For the names of winners (available after August 18, 2008), mail a hand-written request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: National Cable Communications, Attn: NCC Chili’s Office Sweepstakes, 405 Lexington Avenue 6th Floor NY, NY 10174, for receipt by August 31, 2008).
